This window holds your company's address, telephone number and website details. It's important to keep this information up to date as it is used by a variety of processes in the software. Entering your company information in this area ensures that your account details are consistent and professional.
To amend your address details, from the Settings menu, choose Company Preferences > Details.

The address details entered when setting up the software. You can amend these details where necessary. Your Company Name is the trading name of your company. |
Country |
Specify your company's country here. Sage 50 Accounts Professional onlyIf you want to produce Intrastat Supplementary Declaration information and you do not have a default company Delivery Address set up, you must set the Country to GB, or IE for users in the Republic of Ireland, from the drop-down list in the Country box choose GB or IE. |
Telephone |
Your main company telephone number. |

Your company's fax number. |
Your company's email address. If you have a number of email addresses, you should enter your main contact email. |

DUNS Number |
Data Universal Numbering System, is a nine digit number, used to identify a business. Use of this numbering system to identify a business is to ensure compatibility with Zanzibar, the UK Government e-purchasing portal. Every e-order and e-invoice that passes through Zanzibar must include a DUNS number. |
Delivery Addresses |
Sage 50 Accounts Plus and Sage 50 Accounts Professional onlyUsed to set up multiple delivery addresses for your company. For example, if you are a construction company, your suppliers usually deliver directly to a building site.
